Kaley Scenes

This guide covers the Kaley recollections. These are short peeping scenes in the Starting Village prologue, before the village is destroyed and before any route splits off. They involve two members of the visiting hero party — Kaley, the axe hero, and Brad — and are watched by Kaius (with Lilian along for a second set of reactions).

Every step below is checked against the game's own event data. The flag numbers in italics (for example, switch #54) are the internal game flags. You do not need them to play. They are listed so the route can be verified and so advanced readers can cross-check it.

How the prologue days work

The visiting hero party stops in the Starting Village for a few nights. A hidden day counter walks you through three states. Each night you sleep in the Coach Inn Attic (Map 27, event 4), and each morning the story moves forward.

Bringing Lilian into your party for these scenes is optional but recommended: it adds her live commentary, unlocks the alternate "with Lilian" versions, and is required for the follow-up "Lilian's Room" scene at the end.

Scene 0-1 — "Peeping: Shoulder / Coach Inn"

CG h0_5_001 (Kaius view) · h0_5_006 (Brad view) · gate switch #426.

• When: the first night the heroes stay over (switch #54 is ON).
• Where: Coach Inn 2F (Map 26), event 4, the door at (8,9) — Brad's room, not Kaley's.
• Steps:
  1. That evening, before you sleep, go down to the Coach Inn. If Lilian is with you, take her along (Map 25, event 4 lets you go find her first).
  2. On the upper floor you hear a strange sound. Walk toward Brad's room. Lilian stops you once or twice with a nervous line — keep going.
  3. At Brad's door, choose to look. Kaley is with Brad, and it is clearly not by force even though she says otherwise.
  4. Watch it through. This sets switch #426 and, if Lilian was along, switch #72 ("watched scene 1 with Lilian"), which triggers the next morning's short scene.

Replay note: in the Recollection Room this scene has two camera angles — Kaius peeping (h0_5_001 series) and Brad's side of the room (h0_5_006 series).

Follow-up — Lilian the next morning

• Event: Map 25 (Coach Inn 1F), event 7, plays on its own the next time you enter while switch #72 is ON. Lilian is flustered by what she saw. There is no CG; it is a short character beat and it nudges her affinity.

Scene 0-2 — "Herb Gathering: Blowjob"

CG h0_6_000 · gate switch #427.

• When: Day 3, after the north mountain opens (switch #65). This is the herb-gathering errand for the wounded dragon Bal.
• Where: Starting Village Forest 3 Fork (Day) (Map 70), event 18, at (7,13).
• Steps:
  1. On Day 3 you are sent to gather Dragon-sleep Grass. Take the forest path.
  2. Partway along, a sound comes from the brush. Step onto the marked spot (event 18).
  3. Watch it through. Kaley and Brad again, deeper in the woods. This sets switch #427.

Scene 0-3 — "Herb Gathering: From Behind"

CG h0_7_002 (Kaius view) · h0_7_008 (Brad view) · gate switch #428.

• When: right after the Day 3 herb gathering is marked finished (switch #67).
• Where: Map 70, event 19, at (7,15) — a few steps past the scene 0-2 spot.
• Steps:
  1. Finish collecting the grass so switch #67 turns ON.
  2. Return past the same clearing. Step onto event 19.
  3. Watch it through. This sets switch #428.

As with scene 0-1, the Recollection Room stores both a Kaius angle (h0_7_002) and a Brad angle (h0_7_008).

Follow-up scene — "Lilian's Room"

CG 1h0_1_001 · gate switch #439.

• Requirement: switch #73 ("watched scene 2 with Lilian"). You get this by watching the Day 3 forest scenes with Lilian in your party.
• Event: Map 30 (Herbalist, Night), event 6 → event 20. Go to the Herbalist that night and step toward Lilian's room. Lilian has already gone upstairs; the scene plays from outside her door. This sets switch #439.
• There is also a male-view replay of this moment in the Recollection Room, drawn from Common Event #206 ("Lilian's Room — door-gap peep").

After this night you sleep, and the story moves into Chapter 3. The Kaley scenes are now closed off for this playthrough.
