Apartment and Police Station

Chaos events are scenes with the people around you. Each one opens when the city's chaos value reaches a number. Your chaos checklist (the chaos panel in the main menu) shows them by place, with a tick for each one you saw. This guide covers the apartment cards, except the shop owner card, and the police station card.

The shop owner card (Yui with the shop owner) is in Yui. For how chaos goes up and down, see All Scenes.

The names in code style, for example flag Chaos, are internal game values (flags). You do not need them to play. They are listed so the steps can be verified and so advanced readers can cross-check them.
